In the event of a consumer dispute between us and the consumer arising from a purchase or service contract, which cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, the consumer may file a request for an out-of-court settlement of such dispute to a designated out-of-court consumer dispute resolution body, which is:

Information notices related to electronic records of sales
According to the Act on Registration of Sales, the seller is obliged to issue a receipt to the buyer. The seller is also obliged to register the received revenue with the tax administrator on-line; within 48 hours at the latest in the event of a technical failure.
Information on the customer's right to withdraw from the exchange agreement
- The customer has the right to file a proposal for out-of-court settlement of the dispute to the Financial Arbiter of the Czech Republic (Legerova 69, 110 00 Prague 1, www.finarbitr.cz),
